LAND AND CLIMATE
Siliceous soil of schistous origin, stonier on the slopes,
more sandy in the depressions.
Climate : it is influenced by the sea,
Hyères harbour is only a few kilometers away.
Most of it is sloping with vines on trellis.

Grape varieties for this wine : Grenache 65% Syrah 15%, Cinsaut 20%
THE WINE MAKING
Grape harvest is entirely by hand with on site grape sorting,
Stalk stripping and inerting of musts is immediate upon entrance
of the grapes into the cellar, Pressing is performed after a short maceration.
Temperature control is effective at all stages, with fermentation at a fixed 17°C.
Alcoholic strength 13,6% vol.
Bottled in bordeaux-type Mira 75 cl, DIAM cork 44 x 24 with
Mise en Bouteille au Château marking, own label, capsule congé.
TASTING AND FOOD MATCHING
Flesh pink hue. The nose blends amylic pastry and fresh fruit notes with a dominant of peach.
The mouth is expressive, fresh and aerial.
