THE WINE MAKING
Grape harvest is entirely by hand with on site grape sorting,
Stalk stripping and inerting of musts is immediate upon entrance
of the grapes into the cellar, Pressing is performed after a short maceration.
Temperature control is effective at all stages, with fermentation at a fixed 17°C.
Alcoholic strength 13,3% vol.
Bottled in bordeaux-type 75cl Mira Bottle with 44 x 24 TwinTop cork with
Mise en Bouteille au Château marking, own label, capsule congé.
TASTING AND FOOD MATCHING
Flesh pink hue. This wine lavishes fresh fruit aromas, dominated by citrus and litchi.
This aromatic fressness lasts into a mouth round in the attack.
